A vintage English horse brass pendant (once threaded through the horse's leather bridle for ceremonial occasions and originally for protection) shows a heart within a heart, keeping priorities at front center. Vintage porcelain and ceramic beads from Asia show beautiful hand-painted decoration and faceted lapis beads (increasingly rare from Afghanistan) make up the single strand from which the heart suspends. A gilt copper toggle at back clasps the necklace at 19" length. Horse brass measures 3.5" length.
