Like raising a glass to the world at large, a celebration of life in full.  Five strands of polished cobalt quartz are spot-on in colorful style, and the vintage grass-green cabbage roses at the side (a 1950s brooch and earrings set) certainly call for a toast.  Gold vermeil box clasp, approximately 18" long overall.  Cheers to all!
