A favorite find to date, we couldn't resist the charm of this fun and whimsical brooch when we discovered it in a favorite antique shop last month. The jewel's two brass water urns are overflowing with glass beads, and each suspends from a chain fastened to its wire bucket handle that runs across a wheel-spun pulley. The ingenuity, cleverness, and pure joy behind this vintage gem will delight and astound. (Now we kind of want to keep it here...)
Allowing the brooch to be the main event, it is pinned on at the side of glossy black obsidian beads, creating a striking but very simple arrangement that will undoubtedly bring classic style (and plenty of conversation!) to your everyday. Measures 18" in length with gilt copper hook clasp.
