This special vintage locket not only shows a graceful monogram ("CAS") engraved beautifully at its front but also opens to reveal religious iconography (a prayer to Jesus with an image of Christ as well as Mary and Child in relief on the reverse of the hinged interior door) for an added layer of meaning. There is also a spot for a small memento or photograph within the hinged locket, measuring 1" diameter. The pendant suspends from turquoise glass beaded chain and finishes with a lobster claw clasp at 18" length.
