At front center is a rare find, a gilt brass, rhinestone, and glass brooch from the Lidz Brothers of New York, a firm founded in Manhattan in 1895. This design likely dates to the late 1940s or early 50s based on the mark at back, and its emerald green glass heart surrounded by sparkling stones is at once charming and cheerful. The necklace measures nearly 17" length, shortest strand, while the brooch-turned-pendant at front measures 2" length.
