Nothing like some clear blue skies to bring a smile, and we hope the same surfaces upon spying this design! Strands of vinyl sequin-like beads (made in Africa of repurposed records) are strikingly sky blue, and a single vintage Lucite flower brooch blooms beautifully at their side. We love the silver metal-rimmed layers of heart-like petals, and the glittering gem at center is the only hint of sparkle needed in this clearly cheerful creation. Fastens at back with a silvered copper box clasp and measures 18" in length.
