To say I am enamored by these beads would be an enormous understatement. I've had a thing for kyanite since I first spied it at a gem show nearly 20 years ago. These green gems have an almost otherworldly shimmer and gorgeous glow to them, an awe-inspiring gift of wonder from our natural world. So OF COURSE I found it only fun and fitting to clasp the beaded strands with another magical mystery of nature: mushrooms! The double fungi buckle likely dates to the 1970s and measures 2.25" in width, clasping the necklace at 18" in length. Whether the 'shrooms show up at either side or at back (allowing the beads to be the main event) it's a wonder-ful gathering.
