Invincible Summer
Elva Fields
This beautiful vintage compact first appeared as a pendant in a necklace design back in April of 2010 called English Garden and returned to us to be "Re-Vintaged" from a lovely customer who had cherished it as a gift for her mother. The original beads from that gem found their way to another Re-Vintage design last year, and we've been waiting to gather just the right beads for the floral compact by Stratton of England since then.
Enter these speckled strands of dalmatian jasper beads for the loveliest pairing with the wildflowered wonder. Between pattern play and dramatic drape, they've given new life to this vintage treasure, and it's a reminder that an invincible summer might always be found amidst winter if we're willing.
A gilt copper hook clasps the strands at 18", shortest.
